Emajean Rorie Falconbury Obituary (1949

Emajean Rorie Falconbury, age 68, died Sunday, February 11, 2018, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born May 14, 1949 in East Chicago, IN to the late J. W. Rorie and Charlene V. Smith Rorie. She love people and her family especially her children and grandchildren. She served her country as a member of the United States Air Force. Emajean was a devoted Christian, and a member of non-denominational church. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Old Kemps Chapel Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. She is survived by two daughters Angelina Cates of Madison, TN and Sammie Jean Wyatt (Vincent) of Nashville, TN, two sons Shayne Harrell (his fiancé, Ginger) of Nashville, TN and Ricky Falconbury (Lauren) of Orlando, FL, four sisters Joyce Lamb (Hal) of Folsom, LA, Pat Smith of Booneville, Rachel Castle (David) of Jackson, and Rebecca Sullivan (Barry) of Fernandia Beach, FL, seven brothers Donus Rorie (Belinda) of Corinth, Gerald Rorie (Lois) of Crossplains, TN, Ronald J. Rorie of Baton Rouge, LA, Lonnie Rorie (Sherry) of Jackson, Oneil Rorie (Khisty) of Jackson, Daniel Rorie (RuAnne) of Montana, and Joseph Rorie (Donna) of Summerville, SC, six grandchildren Garrett Harrell, Mycala Harrell, Peyton Cates, Noah Grello, Pheston Ghello all of TN, and Adeline Falconbury of FL, one step-grandchild Luke Caleh of TN, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother David Rorie, her paternal grandparents Sanford Rorie and Clara Sue Rorie, her maternal grandparents Marion Smith Mae Wingo Smith, and James Harrell, father of Shayne and Angelina. Pallbearers will be James Rorie, John Rorie, Oneal Rorie, Lonnie Rorie, and Ronald J. Rorie. Visitation will be Monday, February 12, 2018, from 5 p.m. ‘til 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
